WW3 in Daniel 11
Dan 11:29 "At the appointed time he (Northern king) shall return and go toward the south; but it shall not be like the former or the latter."
During all the warfare between the Northern and Southern kings, there was no outsider involved. But for this final End-time War when Iran (the Northern king) attacks (Israel and its allies) the Southern king, an intruder will be involved.
Ships from Chittim
Dan 11:30 For ships from Chittim shall come against him; therefore he shall be grieved, and return in rage against the holy covenant (Christians), and do damage. "So he shall return and show regard for those who forsake the holy covenant.
Meaning of Chittim
Kittim or Chittim in Hebrew means the land west of Israel
So the best interpretation of ships from Chittim will be ships from the West or Western nations.
Unfortunately, many bible translations did not realise that only the prophecies up to Dan 11:28 were fulfilled during the time of the Grecian rule of Israel (334-140 BC), where the known civilized world then was restricted mainly to the middle East and Cyprus as the island West of Israel.
So, translators who were unaware that the prophecies from Dan 11:29 onwards were prophecies for the end-time, wrongly translated and interpreted Chittim as Cyprus.
But, knowledgeable translators either translate the Hebrew word Chittim as the West or (in the case of the KJV) did not translate nor interpret it but leave Chittim in the original Hebrew language for a better understanding and interpretation in the end-time.
New Allies Prophesied
As soon as Iran and allies attack the Southern king (Israel and/or Egypt), the ships from the West will help Israel and attack Iran and allies. The new allies of Israel and Egypt was prophesied 2,500 years ago to be the West.
Who represents the West?
The West comprises of the rich but depraved former Christian nations led by US. This includes US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. At times, the West refers only to the US.
Ship from the West
The West (US, Italy, UK and Australia) has stationed ships in the East Mediterranean, Red Sea, Persian Gulf and the Arabian Sea to surround Iran.
US has stationed the Carrier fleet Gerald Ford in East Mediterranean to protect Israel from any military attack. It has also stationed the 5th and 6th Carrier fleets in the Red Sea, Persian Gulf and the Arabian Sea ready to attack Iran when called upon. All these Carrier fleets are fully armed with sophisticated weaponry and WMD.
For ships from Chittim shall come against him;
As soon as Iran and its allies send their full military might to attack Israel and its allies, ships from the West (Chittim) stationed in the Arabian Sea or Persian Gulf will immediately send their fighter jets, bombers and missiles to destroy all Iran's military bases and nuclear and arsenal sites.
This will be the beginning of World War 3
